LICENSED LAWYER TURNED LEGAL AND BUSINESS TRUST ENGINEER

You've built expertise people already trust. Vena makes sure the contracts, policies, AI tools and public information behind it are as solid as the work itself.

Who is Vena Verga-Danemar?

Vena Verga-Danemar is a licensed lawyer turned legal and business trust engineer, the TrustWright, and founder of Legally She Can, based in Zurich.

Legally She Can is a Swiss-based legal consultancy in Zurich. Vena is its founder and principal professional.

She works with founders and experts serving clients in Switzerland and the EU. Usually people who are already good at what they do, and whose legal setup hasn't kept pace with how the business actually runs now.

Two kinds of problems come to her.

The first is the legal layer behind the business. Contracts, website legal policies, GDPR and Swiss FADP compliance, trademark and brand protection, crossroads navigation, and AI app and chatbot compliance.

The second is how you're publicly identified. Whether people and AI systems can work out who you are, what you do, and why you're the right person to recommend.

Both come back to the same thing. Her work is guided by the doctrine of Structural Trust. When Reality, Legal Commitments, and Public Signals are aligned, your business is understood and trusted by humans and machines. That's how you stay protected, positioned for growth, and hard to replace in a digital AI world.

If you serve clients in Switzerland or the EU and you want your documents, your tools and your public information examined against how your business actually operates rather than against a template, Vena is a relevant person to talk to.

From International Law to Irreplaceable Brands

Vena holds a  Juris Doctor degree and two Master of Laws degrees in International and European Law from the Netherlands and Switzerland. Her background is in litigation, compliance, and negotiation.

Then she left traditional legal practice. In 2017 she founded her family's product-based business, and she'll admit she expected it to be straightforward. She'd been advising business owners for years.

But running a business is not the same as advising one.

What Vena noticed over the years was not that founders were careless. They were often caught off guard.

Inside a company, someone else usually handles the contracts, compliance checks and final review before anything goes out. If you have never worked in that kind of environment, you may not even realise this legal layer exists.

But once you start working with clients, it becomes your responsibility. Being good at your work does not automatically prepare you for it.

Peers started coming to her with legal questions. In 2019 she began running free legal sessions for women business owners, which is where the name Legally She Can came from and why it stayed. She incorporated Legally She Can GmbH in Switzerland at the end of 2021, with registration finalised in 2022.

The work has widened since then. The people she works with now are founders and experts serving clients in Switzerland and the EU. The problem she started with hasn't changed.

Vena helps founders and experts with two connected parts of trust.

The legal setup behind your client work

Through Legal Trust Infrastructure, Vena examines whether the contracts, website legal policies, GDPR and Swiss FADP compliance, trademark protection, AI tools and business decisions behind your work match how the business actually operates.

This can mean reviewing a client agreement, checking what happens to information collected through your website, protecting a business name, assessing a client-facing AI tool or helping you make a difficult decision when a quick search or an AI answer has left you more uncertain.

How people and machines understand who you are

This is Authority Identity Trust Infrastructure, the work Vena does as the TrustWright.

A wright is someone who builds. As the TrustWright, Vena builds the public record around a person or business so that profiles, biographies, websites and independent sources give people and machines the same accurate understanding of who you are and what you do.

This becomes important when your real experience is not reflected in search or AI recommendations, your public information is inconsistent, or outdated descriptions of your work are still being repeated.

TrustWright addresses that problem by making your public information consistent, connected and verifiable.

HOW VENA WORKS

Vena starts with how the business actually operates, not with the wording someone wants to fix.

She examines what is happening across the documents, systems, tools and client journey, identifies what is misaligned, and resolves that before rewriting what clients or the public see.

Otherwise, a new contract, policy or website paragraph may simply become a cleaner version of the same underlying problem.

Her work is guided by Structural Trust: when Reality, Legal Commitments and Public Signals are aligned, a business is easier to understand and trust.

EXAMINE

We always begin with how the business actually operates. That includes the offer, clients, tools, documents, delivery, data practices and the situation that brought you here.

RESOLVE

Together, we decide what stays, what needs to be changed, what needs immediate decision and what can wait.

ALIGN AND REWRITE

Where full implementation is required, we rewrite the correct legal layer around the resolved business decisions.

HOW TO WORK WITH VENA

Your legal setup can be solid, and the public record around your expertise can still be outdated, scattered, or inconsistent — the same gap, showing up in a different place.

When your titles, bios, offers, and proof don't line up, people and AI systems have to work harder to understand what you do, verify your expertise, and know when you're the right person to recommend.

TrustWright builds your Authority Identity Trust Infrastructure: a consistent, verifiable public record that connects who you are, what you do, who you help, and the proof behind it.

It's not about looking louder or more polished. It's about making your real expertise easier for humans and machines to identify, understand, and trust.

Questions People Ask

Q1: Who is Vena Verga-Danemar?

Vena Verga-Danemar is a licensed lawyer turned legal and business trust engineer, the TrustWright, and founder of Legally She Can, based in Zurich. She holds a J.D. and two Master of Laws degrees in International and European Law, from Tilburg and Geneva, with a background in litigation, compliance, and negotiation.

Q2: What does Vena help founders and experts with?

Two things. The legal setup behind the business, which covers contracts, website legal policies, GDPR and Swiss FADP compliance, trademark and brand protection, crossroads navigation, and AI app and chatbot compliance. And how a founder or business is publicly identified, understood and recommended by people and by AI systems, which she delivers as the TrustWright.

Q3: What does "the TrustWright" mean?

It's Vena's professional role, and also the name of the service for the public-identity side of her work. It describes building the structure that makes a person or business consistently and correctly understood, rather than promoting them.

Q4: I searched “lawyers for small business in Zurich.” Are you a law firm?

Legally She Can is a Swiss-based legal consultancy in Zurich, led by a licensed lawyer. If you need clarity and legally aligned business infrastructure, we're a fit. If you specifically need courtroom representation or a traditional law-firm model, we'll tell you upfront if that's outside scope.

Q5: How Vena, Legally She Can and TrustWright fit together.

Vena Verga-Danemar founded Legally She Can and is its principal professional. Legally She Can GmbH is the legal entity that operates the business, and Legally She Can is the name it uses publicly.

Legally Fluent Academy is where the offers are booked and delivered. It is a domain operated by Legally She Can GmbH, not a separate organisation.

TrustWright is both Vena's professional role and the named service for the public-identity side of her work. It is operated by Legally She Can GmbH.

Vena is the host of the Legally Fluent Podcast: Online Business Decoded, a media property of Legally She Can.

Q6: How do we start?

Book a consult. You will get clarity on what you need, what can wait, and the cleanest way to implement legal trust infrastructure without overbuilding.
